Graduated, like a tax bracket. Children already counted in a lower bracket keep that bracket's rate — you are never repriced for growing.

The $50 minimum only bites at the very bottom: at $4.00 per child the calculated amount stays under $50 through 12 children, and from 13 children on it clears the floor by itself.

Pricing questions
Why publish pricing at all?
Because every other platform in this category makes a school sit through a demo before naming a number, and that wastes your time. If the price does not work for you, you should be able to find that out in thirty seconds.
What counts as an enrolled child?
A child enrolled at your school for at least seven days in the billing period, or enrolled as of the end of it. Staff accounts and parent accounts never count — you can add as many guardians per child as your policy allows without changing the bill.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, and no annual commitment. Month to month.
Do families pay anything?
No. The app is free for parents and guardians. If you choose to collect tuition through the platform, standard payment-processing fees apply to those transactions and go to the payment processor, not to us.
What if we have more than 400 children?
The first 400 bill through the table above, and we agree a per-child rate for the rest. Get in touch and we will quote it.
We run several campuses. How does that work?
Each location can be billed on its own, or grouped into a single invoice. Grouped billing adds the enrolled counts together and runs them through the table once, which lands in the lower brackets sooner — so combining usually costs less than billing each site separately.
